Gymer is a service that allows you to instantly book fitness sessions based on your choice of activity, budget & location.
No. Gymer is a pay as you service. However Gym Memberships for individual facilities are listed should you prefer to opt for it.
You can book health, wellness and fitness sessions based on your choice of activity, budget & location. Pick one that fits your needs and make a booking.
Select from the available facilities closest to you by using the desired filters at the top of the screen or swipe gestures. Tapping on any of the list items will display additional facility details. Once you’ve read through the details, tap “BOOK NOW”.
You can select from the different payment methods available on the Payment screen.
You can request a session for that day or the next. Some facilities allow for bookings with an open calendar. You will find this info in the facility details section.
A session is a duration of time you intend to utilize the facility for.
You are charged for the “session per hour cost” multiplied by the “session duration”.
You can’t cancel your booking. However, you can reschedule the same by getting in touch with the Facility directly, subject to their obligation.
No, your booking is non-transferable.
For now Gymer is available in Bangalore, Delhi, Gurgaon and Hyderabad, we will provide this service in other cities shortly.
If you don’t find your preferred facility on the list, please raise a support ticket and we will try to have them on-board for you.
Yes, select the No of pax while booking.
Yes, you can book multiple session in a day.
For products (Physical Goods) listed and sold on Gymer, the refund, return & cancellation policy is subject to the vendor’s discretion. The same will be available on the respective product details page.
